Shipping & package tracking
We deliver free of charge when order values exceed 65 Euros (plus VAT 19%) in the space of Germany, else we charge additionally delivery charges (plus VAT 19%). For shipping to foreign countries we calculate the arising shipping expenses according to the weight. The costs are displayed in the consumer basket and at the end of the order. Therefore you need to select your country at the consumer basket or log in with your account or as a guest. If you do not log in and don’t select a country, then only the delivery charges in the space of Germany are calculated.
The advice „Delivery charges are currently not chargeable“ occurs when your parcel weighs more than 31 kg (not when the shipping is within the space of Germany, we always deliver free of charge when order values exceed 65 Euros). In this case please contact our firm.
Each item has a special delivery period which is always given. If you order items with the advice „immediately available“ until 1 p.m., they will be shipped at the same day. If you want to receive the items as fast as possible, we will ship it with extra charge.
If an item with the advice „immediately available“ is just for once temporarily out of print, the item will be delivered subsequently within 2 or 3 days. In this case we will inform you immediately.
Regulation on packaging:
Regarding to the sales packages we used and shipped to private final consumers for the first time we have attached to the country widely active recycling system of Landbell AG, Mainz, (customer number: 4140999) for the securing of the fulfilment of our legal obligations of § 6 VerpackV. Further information can be found on the website of Landbell AG: www.landbell.de
Regulation on battery:
Today many devices are delivered with batteries or rechargeable batteries. Please make sure to submit your batteries, as prescribed by law (a garbage-disposal in municipal regulation violates the battery) to a municipal collection center or on site audit. It is for free. Of course you can return batteries which you have received from us, after use, free of charge, give them back personally or send them back to us by mail with sufficient postage (address legal notice). Batteries that contain hazardous substances are marked with a crossed dustbin. Under the garbage can icon is the chemical name of the operating pollutant - stands "Cd for cadmium, Pb "stands for lead, and" Hg "for mercury.
